| Some people are just privacy fanatics.
 The truth is that in some states they'll give the info at the DMV depending on the situation.
    With the ease at which someone can kill someone with their car and drive away, being able to locate someone is a must.       Depending on how I was approached I'd be happy to talk tosomeone who has fond memories of the car I have fond memories of.
    When my parents lost their house to foreclosure years agothe new owner was gracious and understanding.
 The guy brought me right in, showed me what he had done with the place and let me feel at ease about not being able to walk in and see my parents there anymore.
     I wish people weren't so afraid to show a little heart.
